Office Admin
We are looking for an Office Admin to support our construction office. This role helps the team stay organized, connects the office and site teams, and keeps paperwork and schedules up to date.
Main Duties:
– Answer phone calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and site staff.
– Help prepare and file quotes, contracts, and invoices.
– Keep project files, drawings, and records organized (paper and digital).
– Update timesheets, and simple reports as needed.
– Order materials and basic purchasing for projects.
Requirements:
– Experience in admin or office work (construction experience is a plus).
– Good communication and customer service skills.
– Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
– Organized, reliable, and able to handle several tasks at once.
– Can start immediately
– Must be in Bahrain
– Fluent in English
– Female only
