1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with formal management qualifications or demonstrated leadership experience.

2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a managerial role within supply chain, procurement, or sourcing functions in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a multinational organization.

3. Strong strategic thinking skills with proven expertise in vendor management, risk management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional communication.

4. Demonstrated track record of delivering cost optimization, supply continuity, and performance improvements in the manufacturing industry.

5. Good working knowledge of ISO standards; familiarity with API Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.

6. Proven experience in global sourcing and supplier development, particularly within India and China markets.

7. Develop and execute long-term supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth plans.

8. Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to support decision-making, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Lead demand planning, supply planning, and capacity forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted production

10. Collaborate closely with internal departments to translate business forecasts into actionable supply chain plans.
