About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

Build and deploy AI solutions into production environments.

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.

Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate AI features.

Maintain and monitor models post-deployment to ensure accuracy and performance.

Document workflows, models, and system architecture.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

3–5 years of practical experience in machine learning or AI engineering.

Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and/or computer vision.

Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG).

Understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend integration.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
