Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Dammam

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with experience in the construction and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting project planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, MEP, and HVAC projects.

-Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cost analysis.

-Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to evaluate bids.

-Maintain and update estimation databases and templates.

-Support tender submission processes and budget monitoring.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project estimation in KSA.

-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.

-Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera, or specialized estimating tools).

-Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

-Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in KSA.

-Familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulations.
