Job Summary:

The company is seeking a highly qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience to manage cost control, contracts, and financial aspects of projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).

Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.

Evaluate and certify subcontractor and supplier payments.

Manage claims, variations, and final accounts.

Review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts for management.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and BOQs.

Experience in claims, variations, and final accounts.

Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
