Job Description: Site Supervisor – Civil Construction (Bahrain)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, compliance with safety standards, and timely project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in Bahrain’s construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workers.

• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Monitor progress, quality of work, and resource utilization.

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on project status.

• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain workflow.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of compliance on site.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects within Bahrain.

• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Proficiency in site reporting and basic project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Bahraini Driving License (highly desirable).

• Experience in supervising medium to large-scale civil projects.

• Familiarity with project management software/tools.

• Age below 35 years
