We, KAZ Recruitment & Consultancy Company – a Licensed Recruitment Office in Riyadh – are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor (Preferably Saudi National) to join our client’s company in Riyadh. (Local Recruitment Only)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 10,000 SAR – 12,000 SAR (Finalized during the interview)

Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total: 9 hours).

Weekly Day-Off: 1 day per week.

Benefits:

Contract Terms:

• Direct Company Sponsorship Transfer – Processed immediately.

• Contract Duration: 1 or 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets while monitoring performance and providing coaching. Prepare sales reports, coordinate with management for strategy planning, and ensure customer satisfaction with strong client relationships.
