We are looking for a professional amadeus ticketing officer to join our travel agency in riyadh.
the candidate must have strong experience in amadeus ticketing and be able to handle both corporate accounts and cash customers independently.
responsibilities include flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissue, refunds, fare rules, and daily coordination with clients.
the role includes a 2-month probation period to evaluate performance and suitability.
requirements:
proven experience with amadeus gds
ability to manage corporate companies and individual customers
good communication skills
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
experience in saudi market
