Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to manage recruitment and payroll operations for a group of companies operating in multiple sectors such as construction, travel, shipping, and ceramics. The role involves handling HR operations for 400+ employees and ensuring compliance with Bahrain labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for all group companies
* Handle monthly payroll for 400+ employees accurately and on time
* Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
* Manage employee records, contracts, renewals, and exits
* Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government requirements
* Liaise with LMRA, MOL, GOSI, and other authorities
* Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
* Support management on HR-related matters and employee relations
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a group or multi-sector company
* Strong experience in recruitment and payroll management
* Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR procedures
* Ability to manage large workforce and multiple business units
* Strong communication and organizational skills
