Contract and Technical Interpretation:* Clarify contract terms and technical details for site engineers and foremen to understand their roles clearly.
Teamwork:

On-site Guidance and Supervision:
– Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, procedures, and quality standards.
Response to Problems and Emergencies:
