About the Company

We are a growing plastic manufacturing company based in Shifa Industrial Area, Riyadh. With increasing transaction volume, we are hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Daily bookkeeping (sales, purchases, journal entries)

Customer invoicing and AR/AP follow-ups

Bank and petty cash reconciliation

Monthly closing support and basic management reports

VAT documentation support and record organization

Inventory and basic production-expense tracking

Proper filing for audit and compliance

Coordination with suppliers, customers, and external accountants

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

2–5 years practical accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Excel

Experience with accounting software/ERP is a plus

Able to work independently with attention to detail

Arabic speaking is an added advantage

Male or Female candidates welcome

نحن شركة تصنيع بلاستيك مقرّها منطقة الشفا الصناعية بالرياض، ونبحث عن محاسب/محاسبة لإدارة الأعمال المحاسبية اليومية مع زيادة حجم العمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تسجيل القيود اليومية والمبيعات والمشتريات

إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التحصيل وإدارة الذمم

تسوية الحسابات البنكية وإدارة الصندوق

دعم إقفال الشهر وإعداد تقارير مبسطة للإدارة

تنظيم مستندات ضريبة القيمة المضافة

متابعة المخزون ومصاريف الإنتاج الأساسية

أرشفة وتنظيم المستندات

التنسيق مع الموردين والعملاء والمحاسب الخارجي

المتطلبات

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية

خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 5 سنوات (يفضّل قطاع التصنيع)
