Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute ESL business strategy (pricing, deployment & ROI)

• Manage ESL solutions from pilot to full rollout

• Coordinate with retailers, suppliers & technology partners

• Analyze store operations impact (pricing accuracy, shelf efficiency)

• Drive sales of ESL solutions and related services

• Act as subject-matter expert on ESL hardware (e-paper, NFC/RFID, AIDC) and software (CMS, pricing engines)

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in retail technology, store operations, or pricing/merchandising

• Hands-on experience with ESL / Digital Price Tags

• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and promotions

• Customer-facing experience (sales, account & stakeholder management)

• Data analysis & ROI-focused mindset

• Project management and cross-functional coordination

• Exposure to supermarkets, convenience stores, or department stores

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in electronics, IoT, or retail tech

• Familiarity with ESL vendors (SES-imago, Hanshow, Pricer, Displaydata, Zebra, etc.)

• Network with system integrators and retail tech partners

• English proficiency (additional languages a plus)

Seniority Level:

Mid-Senior to Senior (depending on experience)
