Job Summary
The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys to support site layout, alignment, level control, and as-built documentation, ensuring construction activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform site surveys, setting out, leveling, and alignment for construction works
Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, and reference lines
Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys
Ensure accurate measurements using total station, GPS, auto level, and other survey instruments
Verify dimensions, levels, and positions before and during construction
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for layout requirements
Maintain survey records, reports, and drawings
Check and confirm site conditions against approved drawings
Assist in resolving discrepancies related to measurements or site levels
Ensure survey work complies with project specifications and standards
