We are expanding our creative team and seeking a talented 3D Product Designer passionate about plates, table décor, buffet items, chairs, serving pieces, and signature SILSAL setup elements.

Role Purpose

As a 3D Product Designer at SILSAL, you will transform ideas into beautiful, functional tableware and décor concepts. Your designs will directly appear in our VIP events, protocol services, corporate banquets, wedding setups, and SILSAL-exclusive collections.

This role combines creativity, product development, and hospitality experience design.

Key Responsibilities

Design plates, trays, bowls, stands, centerpieces, chafing dishes, chairs, tables, and decorative accessories used in SILSAL setups.

Develop complete 3D event/table setups for VIP protocol, weddings, and luxury hospitality projects.

Produce concept boards, mood boards, and style guides aligned with SILSAL identity.

Create photorealistic renderings for procurement, manufacturing, and client presentations.

Prepare manufacturing-ready files (dimensions, material specs, technical drawings).

Work with procurement to develop custom-designed tableware and furniture pieces.

Research new trends in tableware, modern décor, furniture, and luxury event design.

Enhance existing SILSAL collections through redesign, material changes, or functional improvements.

Support R&D for new product lines based on market demand and event requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.

2–5 years experience in product or décor design; hospitality experience preferred.

Strong portfolio showing tableware, décor, furniture, or lifestyle product design.

Professional expertise in:

Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks

Rendering tools such as KeyShot, V-Ray, or Lumion

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Knowledge of materials used in SILSAL items:

Porcelain, ceramics, stainless steel, acrylic, wood, fabrics, metals.

Strong sense of luxury aesthetics, color matching, and elevated hospitality presentation.

Ability to work from mood boards and translate them into final manufacturable products.

Preferred Experience

Background in hospitality, catering, hotels, or event décor companies.

Understanding of ceramics production, metal fabrication, acrylic forming, and furniture manufacturing.

Experience creating buffet line designs, podiums, risers, stands, and serving pieces.
