Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Female Chartered Accountant to lead our finance function as Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, strategic insight, and the ability to manage financial operations with precision and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

???? Oversee the full spectrum of financial activities including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting

???? Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS / local standards

???? Lead financial planning, analysis, and performance measurement

???? Manage cash flow, taxation, audits, and compliance requirements

???? Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures

???? Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management

???? Mentor and supervise finance team members

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required

✔ Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role

✔ Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance

✔ Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills

✔ Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel

✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Detail-oriented with a high degree of integrity
