We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator & Programmer / Lathe Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines and manual/automatic lathes to produce high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC machines (Turning / Milling as applicable).
Set up CNC machines, tools, and fixtures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
Perform machining operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
