Position: Turnaround Planner – Mechanical Static & FRP

Reporting To: Turnaround Planning Lead / TA Manager

Interview mode: Online

Salary: Negotiable

Job Purpose

To carry out planning-related activities for Turnarounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of Mechanical Static & FRP scope.

Key Responsibilities

Plan Mechanical Static equipment and FRP jobs as per scope and site requirements

Develop detailed FRP plans (timelines, milestones, activity sequencing)

Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and services

Ensure EHS&S, QA/QC compliance and participate in audits

Develop job packages for complex, non-routine TA activities

Feed SAP/CMMS with resources, materials, and long lead items

Support cost estimation (Hypo) and turnaround cost control

Conduct field checks and review work orders for completeness

Interface with TA Scheduler to integrate plans into Primavera P6

Track progress, contractor performance, and prepare reports

Ensure constructability and maintainability in all plans

Education: Two-year Associate Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 7–10 years in Maintenance / Turnaround activities

Minimum 1 full-cycle Major TA as a full-time TA Planner

FRP experience is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of Mechanical Static Equipment & FRP

Familiar with ASTM, ANSI, ASME, API standards

Knowledge of FRP materials, pipes, fittings, and joint techniques

Proficient in SAP, CMMS, MS Office, Primavera P6

Good understanding of EHS&S practices

Good communication skills in English
