Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate BIM deliverables for large-scale precast housing developments.
• Manage BIM data exchange between consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Perform clash detection and ensure constructability of precast villa models.
• Support project managers in scheduling and resource planning using BIM tools.
• Maintain BIM documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Provide technical support during design, fabrication, and installation phases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture.
• 5–10 years of BIM coordination experience in housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete design and detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Docs.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco/SABIC housing project standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines.
• Can join immediately.
