تفاصيل الوظيفة
Perform first-level maintenance and operations of Core Network, Cloud, VAS, and IN elements in datacenters.
Handle proactive and reactive fault management with timely corrective actions to ensure service continuity.
Execute preventive and planned maintenance, including hardware replacements, upgrades, and redundancy testing.
Conduct acceptance testing and readiness checks for new or upgraded core elements.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and support network readiness during special events.
Strong knowledge of Ericsson equipment is preferred; experience with multi-vendor environments is an advantage.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Core Engineer, with hands-on expertise in first-level maintenance of datacenters.
Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory for site access and mobility).
