Production Manager – Production Manager
Location:
– UPVC and Aluminum Windows and Doors Factory

Job Objective:
– Supervise all production activities to ensure the production of high-quality products according to specified schedules, achieve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure worker safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Plan and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
– Manage work teams (carpenters, technicians, and workers) and assign tasks based on the production plan.
– Ensure quality standards are applied throughout all manufacturing stages.
– Coordinate with the sales and warehouse departments to determine required quantities and delivery dates.
– Monitor inventory of raw materials (aluminum, UPVC, glass, accessories, etc.) and order supplies in a timely manner.
– Work on improving production lines and developing procedures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
– Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and machinery and coordinate with the technical team to ensure their readiness.
– Prepare periodic production reports and submit them to senior management.
– Implement occupational safety standards within the factory.
– Contribute to the training and development of the technical team’s skills.
متطلبات الوظيفة

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in production management in the UPVC or aluminum field
• Good knowledge of production planning software (ERP or similar)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage work teams
• Good knowledge of quality and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
