We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in maintaining CNC, Conventional, Welding, and Crane-related facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine uptime, effective troubleshooting, and robust preventive maintenance practices across the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle maintenance activities for CNC machines, conventional machines, welding equipment, and crane facilities.

2. Ensure maximum uptime of CNC machines through rapid diagnosis and rectification of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

3. Perform CNC machine troubleshooting, including breakdown analysis and root cause identification.

4. Possess strong working knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Mazatrol controllers, including:

– Servo drives

– Spindle systems

– Feedback devices (encoders, resolvers)

5. Interpret and resolve machine alarms, ensuring quick restoration of operations.

6. Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM) activities to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

7. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and documentation.

8. Identify critical CNC spares, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely availability to avoid production downtime.

9. Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical support, repairs, and spares procurement.

10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

11. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and performance.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
