Position Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base in Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh. The primary focus is to acquire new clients from various industries, secure their visa quotas/authorizations directly from their offices, and provide them with full staffing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within recruitment/staffing, with proven experience in handling visa and labor-related processes in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth

o Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across diverse sectors (e.g., construction, healthcare, retail, hospitality, IT, manufacturing) in the assigned region.

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Operations, Administration).

2. Visa Business Development

o Engage new clients to secure their staffing visa business by understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.

o Obtain and process necessary visa documents and authorizations directly from client offices, ensuring smooth handover to the operations team.

3. End-to-End Staffing Coordination

o Collaborate with the recruitment team to match client requirements with suitable candidates.

o Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs from visa acquisition to employee onboarding.

4. Sales & Revenue Targets

o Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue.

o Prepare and negotiate service agreements, contracts, and commercial proposals.

5. Market Insight & Compliance

o Stay updated on Saudi labor market trends, competitor activity, and changes in visa/employment regulations.

o Ensure all processes adhere to KSA labor laws and client-specific requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi national or resident with a valid transferable Iqama.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in a recruitment, staffing, or manpower supply company in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven track record in securing and processing visa authorizations from client offices.

• Strong network and ability to generate leads in Jeddah, Dammam, and/or Riyadh.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

• Knowledge of KSA labor laws, visa procedures, and Nitaqat system.

• Self-driven, persuasive, and able to work independently.

• Valid Saudi driving license.
