Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in catering and events to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands the food service industry, event-based sales cycles, and how to market catering services to corporate, social, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to catering and events services

Identify target markets including corporate clients, weddings, private events, and institutional accounts

Plan seasonal and event-driven campaigns to increase bookings and repeat business

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels

Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company’s culinary standards and service quality

Oversee promotional materials such as menus, brochures, presentations, and proposals

Digital & Content Marketing:

Manage digital presence including website, social media, email campaigns, and online listings

Create engaging content showcasing menus, events, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes operations

Optimize online visibility through SEO, paid ads, and event platforms

Sales & Business Development Support:

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and client conversions

Develop marketing tools to support catering proposals and pitches

Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets

Client & Market Insights:

Analyze customer feedback, booking trends, and competitor activity

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships (venues, event planners, corporate accounts)

Support client retention initiatives and loyalty programs

Event & Promotion Management:

Plan and promote tastings, open houses, trade shows, and industry events

Coordinate marketing efforts for large-scale or high-profile catering events

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field

3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food services

Strong understanding of event-based marketing and B2B/B2C sales cycles

Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of menu engineering and food presentation marketing

Experience working with chefs, operations, and event teams

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
