Position: Senior IT Support & Systems Coordinator

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

Aman Taxi is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Support & Systems Coordinator to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves direct coordination with ERP and Taxi Platform vendors, providing end-user support, and maintaining reliable system performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including VLANs, switches, and firewalls.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot PBX/VoIP systems to ensure uninterrupted communication.

Manage procurement, setup, and maintenance of PCs and IT peripherals.

Liaise with ERP and Taxi Platform vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure proper integration.

Monitor vehicle connectivity and platform performance on a daily basis.

Maintain updated IT asset records and prepare regular performance and inventory reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems coordination.

Prior experience in transportation or fleet management industries is highly preferred.

Proven hands-on expertise in VLAN setup, PBX systems, ERP, and Taxi Platform support.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
