We are seeking an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to lead sales and operations within our vehicle rental showroom. The role involves driving new business, managing corporate and private rental accounts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities and grow corporate and private rental accounts
* Manage showroom sales, bookings, and customer interactions (in-person and phone)
* Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with finance on payments, invoicing, and documentation
* Oversee insurance documentation, claims, and vehicle inspections
* Ensure fleet maintenance, servicing, and repairs are managed effectively
* Work with senior management on business growth and operational planning
* Prepare basic management reports as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the vehicle rental industry
* Strong sales, customer service, and operational skills
* Self-driven and able to work independently
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Valid Bahrain driving license
