We are seeking a highly experienced Estimator (Quantity & Cost) to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tender preparation for Mechanical Maintenance, Civil, and Electrical projects for prestigious clients across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical works.

Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Prepare cost breakdowns, pricing analysis, and bid summaries.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.

Prepare variation estimates and support contract negotiations.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, RCJY, SEC, SAR, and KFUPM standards.

Maintain cost databases and historical project data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Professional certifications in estimation or quantity surveying are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of international codes, Saudi Aramco standards, and local regulations

Experience.

Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience as an Estimator.

Extensive experience in Mechanical Maintenance projects.

Solid exposure to Civil and Electrical estimation.

Prior experience with Saudi Aramco, RCJY, SEC, SAR, or KFUPM projects is an advantage.

Required Skills

Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.

Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and AutoCAD (preferred).

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements

Familiar with local Saudi market rates and suppliers.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Transferable Iqama (preferred).
