Join our team as a CCTV & IT Support Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting both software and hardware systems. You’ll work directly with users, troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, and help maintain our CCTV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve a variety of software, hardware, and network-related issues using standard troubleshooting procedures.

Provide first-line support for user accounts, connectivity, software installations, and peripheral device issues.

Deliver prompt and professional technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.

Collect detailed information from users to accurately identify root causes of problems.

Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and their resolutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., System Engineers) when necessary.

Stay informed on the latest developments in software, hardware, and surveillance technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.

Solid understanding of CCTV systems, computer hardware, and software fundamentals.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support.

Proficiency in using various operating systems and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Hands-on experience with Genetec, Milestone, or similar CCTV systems.

A+ certification or other relevant technical certifications.

Experience in a fast-paced IT support environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
