Position: Project Manager – Telecom & Low-Current Systems

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale ICT and Low-Current Systems project involving OSP/ISP cabling, FTTH, IPTV, Security Systems, PA/VA, AV Systems, and Network Infrastructure for a major industrial/residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead end-to-end project execution and act as the primary point of contact with the client and consultants.

– Prepare and manage overall project planning, execution strategy, schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.

– Coordinate with Draftsman for shop drawings, redlines, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with design and field requirements.

– Coordinate and manage all ITPs, RFIs/IRs, checklists, ensuring compliance with SAES/SAMSS and all applicable standards.

– Handle NCRs, punch list items, and close-out documentation to achieve timely project acceptance.

– Perform Material Take-Offs (MTOs) from design documents and site conditions; coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.

– Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and daily/weekly activity scheduling.

– Supervise OSP/ISP/FTTH/Network/AV/Security teams and ensure work quality and compliance with standards.

– Attend weekly progress meetings, prepare reports, and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.

– Ensure a safe working environment and coordinate with HSE/WPR teams for permit compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related discipline.

– 8–12+ years of experience in managing ICT, Low-Current, OSP/ISP, Security, PA/VA, FTTH, and similar telecom-related projects.

– Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards (SAES/SAMSS/SACS) is preferred.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

– Ability to read design drawings, prepare MTOs, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
