We’re Hiring: Telephony Engineer at Museeb
Museeb (by Durrah Al Mukaram Company)
We are looking for a talented Telephony Engineer to join our tech team and work on next-generation AI Voice Agent integrations using SIP.
Role Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage VoIP/SIP-based telephony systems.
Integrate AI Voice Agents with telephony platforms via SIP and API.
Build and optimize call routing, IVRs, queues, and dial plans.
Troubleshoot telephony issues and ensure high-quality call performance.
Work closely with our AI, automation, and software development teams.
Maintain system documentation and ensure smooth deployment for clients.
Requirements
Experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX, Asterisk, Cisco, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of networking (QoS, NAT, firewall rules).
Ability to integrate telephony with AI tools and software systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project-handling skills.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud telephony (3CX, Avaya, CUCM).
Previous work with AI voice technologies or automation systems.
Relevant VoIP/Networking certifications.
