We are looking for a Senior Architect Designer to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. This role requires visionary creativity, technical expertise, and leadership in guiding design teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.

• Oversee project design phases, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams to integrate architectural and structural elements.

• Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Professional license or registration (e.g., RA, LEED accreditation) preferred.

• Minimum 8–10 years of architectural design experience.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent).

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and large-scale projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Willing to work under our manpower supplier
