التقدم الى Fabrication Production Supervisor/Workshop Manager in Dammam

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and controlling workshop operations including manpower, production

planning, work allocation, quality control, material management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan daily/weekly production schedules

– Allocate work to welders, fabricators, helpers

– Supervise fabrication, fitting, and welding work

– Ensure work is done as per drawings and QA standards

– Inspect weld quality, alignment and dimensions

– Coordinate materials with procurement/store

– Maintain production records, timesheets, job cards

– Manage workshop safety and tools

– Control material wastage

– Train welders/fabricators

– Communicate with clients and management

– Ensure timely delivery of jobs

– Support basic costing and estimation

Qualifications & Skills:

– Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

– Ability to read/interpret structural & mechanical drawings

– Knowledge of SMAW / TIG / MIG / FCAW

– Understanding of fabrication tolerances & layout

– Experience in manpower and shop floor management

– Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp)

– Good communication in English (Arabic bonus)

Experience:

– 7–15 years GCC fabrication workshop experience

– Previous role as Supervisor / Foreman / Workshop In-charge

– Structural steel, tank, skid, or industrial fabrication experience

– Aramco/SABIC experience is an advantage
