The Technical Office Engineer, specializing in Bidding and Submissions, is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all technical documentation required for project tender submissions. This role involves comprehensive review of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, detailed analysis of technical requirements, coordination with the Estimation and Procurement departments, and ensuring that the proposed technical solution is compliant, optimized, and professionally presented to maximize the company’s competitive advantage.

*Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Office role, with significant focus on construction or contracting company bidding processes.

o Expert knowledge of reading and interpreting technical specifications, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

o Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and relevant quantity surveying software.

o Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for BOQ manipulation, Word for document formatting).
