Industry: Renewable Energy / Wind Power Projects

Type: Full-time

We are hiring experienced professionals for key roles in large-scale Wind Energy Projects. Candidates must have strong technical expertise and proven experience in power/renewable sector.

1. Project Manager – Wind Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning → execution → commissioning → handover

• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, QA/QC and safety compliance

• Handle stakeholder communication, contractors, subcontractors and turbine OEMs

• Ensure timely delivery, cost control and adherence to environmental standards

Skills Required:

• Project planning (Primavera/MSP)

• Risk & contract management (FIDIC/EPC)

• Strong leadership & communication

• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary site teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 10–15 years of relevant experience including 5+ years on large wind/power projects

• Certifications: PMP / Prince2 / PMI-RMP (Preferred), IOSH/NEBOSH advantage

2. Site Manager – Wind Projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site construction activities

• Coordinate contractors & workforce, monitor progress, resolve site issues

• Ensure safety, quality & environmental compliance

• Oversee logistics, materials and daily reporting

Skills Required:

• Strong site coordination & leadership

• Knowledge of wind turbine components and installation sequence

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 8–12 years of construction experience; 3–5 years in wind/renewable projects

• Certifications: OSHA / NEBOSH / IOSH, First Aid, GWO (preferred)

3. Project Scheduler – Wind Projects

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain master project schedule (Engineering–Procurement–Construction–Commissioning)

• Perform progress tracking, delay analysis, forecasting and critical path analysis

• Support recovery plans and reporting (weekly/monthly)

• Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs and internal teams

Skills Required:

• Primavera P6 (mandatory) / MS Project

• CPM, EVM, project controls

• Knowledge of wind project sequence: foundations, roads, turbines, cabling, substation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Project Management / Construction

• 5–10 years experience in planning & scheduling; 2–3 years in renewables preferred

• Certifications: Primavera P6, PMP / PMI-SP (preferred), GWO (if site-based)
