Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Electrical Products (Projects) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing orders for high-quality electrical products within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
If you have a strong network with contractors and consultants in Riyadh and a track record of closing project deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Project Sales: Identify and target new construction projects, infrastructure developments, and industrial opportunities in Riyadh and the Central Region.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, MEP Contractors, Developers, and End-Users to get products specified and approved.
Technical Consultation: deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how our electrical solutions meet client project requirements.
Commercial Management: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega-projects to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements (Must Have)
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Electrical Products (Switchgear, Lighting, Cables, Low Voltage, etc.).
Sales Focus: Demonstrated experience in Project Sales (B2B), dealing directly with contractors and consultants.
Location: Currently based in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama (if applicable).
Mobility: Possession of a valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Key Skills
Strong technical understanding of electrical standards and product specifications.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality for new business.
