Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced F&B Executive / Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, support staff training, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Supervision
Supervise daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Ensure all food and beverage outlets meet hotel standards for quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.
Assist in planning schedules and staff deployment for smooth service.
Guest Service & Quality Assurance
Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure service standards and hygiene compliance.
Support F&B Manager in implementing service improvements.
Team Management & Training
Supervise, coach, and motivate F&B staff, including waiters, bartenders, and service attendants.
Conduct on-the-job training to maintain high service standards.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for development.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional behavior among staff.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in organizing events, banquets, and special promotions.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on outlet performance, guest feedback, and inventory.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food and beverages.
Assist in implementing cost control measures without compromising service quality.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations in all outlets.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, HACCP standards, and local regulations.
Conduct regular safety and hygiene checks in coordination with the F&B Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests efficiently.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Presentable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
