Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
1. Job Purpose
To execute and coordinate daily marketing operations across various channels (digital, field, and retail), ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining brand consistency, and monitoring budgets and operational reports to enhance overall marketing efficiency and performance.
2. Key Responsibilities
1. General Marketing Operations
Execute and follow up on daily marketing activities according to approved plans and timelines.
Support the execution of advertising campaigns, promotional offers, and in-store and digital activations.
Manage the flow of marketing materials from request to production, distribution, and installation in branches.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital marketing, PR, sales) and external suppliers.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign progress and execution levels.
2. Retail Marketing Operations
Oversee the implementation of in-store promotional materials and ensure visual brand consistency.
Manage inventory of display materials (posters, stands, lightboxes, shelf labels, etc.).
Collaborate with sales teams to implement seasonal campaigns and launch new products.
Conduct field visits to branches to review campaign execution and ensure quality standards.
Support in-store activation activities such as product trials, sampling, field promotions, and special events.
Manage promotional display screens and supervise the updating of content.
3. Online Marketing Operations
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email.
Ensure message and branding consistency between digital platforms and retail stores.
Monitor campaign performance through UTM tracking and performance dashboards.
Assist in updating e-commerce banners, electronic signage, and product content.
Coordinate with the CRM team to unify the customer experience across online and offline channels.
4. Supplier & Budget Management
Prepare and follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing suppliers.
Track deliveries, invoices, and ensure suppliers meet agreed deadlines.
Monitor the marketing budget and compare actual spending against planned spending.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and execution speed.
5. Reporting & Performance Measurement
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, budget utilization, and operational results.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales uplift, footfall, and new customer acquisition.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance insights and market/branch feedback.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
Act as the operational link between Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Operations departments.
Support preparations for events, exhibitions, and sponsorships (booth organization, giveaways, marketing materials).
Ensure full adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities.
3. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in retail or digital marketing.
Strong coordination, time management, and project handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM, ERP, and campaign management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
