We are one of the largest retail and hospitality organizations in the Middle East. We operate leading retail brands and distribution operations across the Kingdom. We are currently seeking responsible and experienced Drivers to join our logistics and distribution team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods between distribution centres, stores and designated locations.

• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments as per daily schedules.

• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for loading/unloading activities.

• Maintain vehicle log-sheets in accordance with Company’s policies/regulations.

• Check & inspect the vehicle before and after trips; report any mechanical issues.

• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery notes and required documentation.

• Track metrics such as on-time delivery rate, fuel usage and delivery success rate.

• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients, store teams, and vendors.

• Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines.

• Responsible for the safekeeping of all vehicle equipment, tools, first aid kits, spares etc.

• Keep the vehicle ready, clean and on standby – ready for use always.

• Report all maintenance needs of the vehicle to transport management on a regular basis.

• Undertake field assignments as assigned.

• Adherence to all Company policies and procedures as outlined in policies and procedure manuals.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Saudi Heavy driving license (Mandatory – “Rukhsa Amomi”).

• Valid transferable Iqama with minimum 3 months validity.

• Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred in logistics/retail).

• Good knowledge of Saudi roads, routes and traffic regulations.

• Ability to read, understand and follow delivery schedules and instructions.

• Physically fit and capable of handling loading/unloading tasks when needed.

• Basic communication skills in English/Arabic.

• Preference: Indian or Pakistani Nationals.
