invites applications for the position of Electrical Motor Engineer / Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Position: Electrical Motor Engineer / Workshop Supervisor

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily workshop operations for motor rewinding, repair, and overhauling.

Lead and guide technicians to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.

Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, testing, and prepare technical reports.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and international standards.

Coordinate with clients and management on technical and operational matters.

Manage workshop tools, inventory, and resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical motor rewinding and repair workshops.

Experience with HV/LV motors, generators, alternators, and rotating equipment.

Familiarity with EASA / IEC / IEEE standards and ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 systems.

GCC or OEM experience will be an added advantage.

Valid GCC driving license preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Sound knowledge of motor testing, inspection, and repair procedures.

Commitment to quality and safety standards.
