Key Responsibilities
– Receive emails, calls, and service requests.
– verifying GPS tracking and reporting for company vehicles.
– Maintain customer database and documentation (gate passes, approvals, etc.).
– Record all driver work orders, cash collections, and benefit pay transactions.
– Preparing quotation all other projects in coordinate with project managers.
– Monitor and file daily jetting and tanker reports.
– Issue and record work order books and skip work order books.
– Follow up on cash sales with clients and Operations Manager.
– Prepare monthly tax invoice reports, scan and file invoices, and manage digital records.
???? Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Good communication skills in English.
Minimum three years’ experience in document controller.
Salary 280 BHD / open any nationality
