We are looking for a talented Chef who is skilled in preparing main dishes and sweet dishes. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to produce consistent high-quality food for our café.

Position: Chef – Main Course & Sweets

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of main dishes, breakfast items, sandwiches, and light meals

• Prepare sweet dishes, desserts, pastries, and café-style sweets

• Maintain consistent taste, portion control, and high-quality presentation

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times

• Help in menu development (new items in both main dishes and sweets)

• Manage stock and ingredients efficiently

• Work closely with café team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Chef

• Must be skilled in both:

✔ Main dishes / café food

✔ Sweet dishes / desserts

• Strong creativity and ability to improve recipes

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

• Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy hours

• Good teamwork and communication

• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
