Hiring: Safety Officer & Safety Supervisor for Mining/Crushing Plant

We are looking for qualified Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors to join our team under the Ma’aden Bulghah Mine crushing plant project. near Madinah

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety standards are implemented in line with Ma’aden HSE requirements.

• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.

• Monitor the permit-to-work system and supervise safe operations.

• Report and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are completed.

• Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, and first-aid readiness.

• Identify unsafe conditions in crushers, conveyors, and heavy equipment areas, and enforce corrective actions.

• Provide daily HSE reports and actively participate in safety meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized certification.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining, crushing, or heavy industry.

• Strong knowledge of Ma’aden HSE standards and procedures.

• Strong communication skills (advanced English required, Arabic preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation).

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment with dust, noise, and heat.

• Able to handle high-pressure situations, and supervise large teams.

• Experience working in remote sites or willingness to relocate.

Additional Expectations (specific to crushing plant):

• Familiarity with hazards related to jaw crushers, cone crushers, conveyors, and screening plants.

• Strong focus on dust suppression, PPE compliance, and traffic management in heavy vehicle areas.

• Ability to enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.

• Proactive in building a strong safety culture among employees.
