التقدم الى CNC Operator – Gypsum Production (Automation Project) in Manama

We are in the process of automating our gypsum manufacturing facility and are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines

– Strong interest in 3D modeling and willingness to learn new production technologies

– Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and support automation processes

– Experience in gypsum, carpentry, mold-making, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities:

– Operate and maintain CNC machines used in mould production

– Prepare and optimize files for machining (2D/3D)

– Support the transition to automated production systems

– Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality,
