Position Summary
The Junior Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Support in preparing cost estimates and cost comparisons.
Help evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Assist in preparing payment certificates and variation orders.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
Maintain organized records of drawings, contracts, and project documents.
Assist in tender preparation and documentation.
Support value engineering and cost control activities.
Coordinate with engineers, procurement, and subcontractors as needed.
