Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods consistently.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts
• Decorate and present baked goods in a professional, appealing way
• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Manage inventory and coordinate ingredient orders
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
