1 Electro/Mechanical Engineer

1 Site supervisor

We require an Electro/Mechanical Engineer and a Site supervisor for a project who has at least one year of experience with High Tension Poles installation, including

(Electro/Mechanical Engineer)

1: Pole Installation & Erection

2: Cross Arm & Insulator Installation

3: Conductor Stringing (Tension)

4: Ground Wire (OPGW) Stringing

5: Stay Wire Installation

6: Installation of grounding system

7: Cable Termination Work

8: UG Wire Installation

(Site Supervisor Roles)

1: Daily operations and management

Manage and coordinate daily activities and operations on-site.

Supervise and provide direction to construction workers and subcontractors.

Assign tasks and schedule work activities to ensure a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

Identify and resolve any issues, conflicts, or problems that arise on-site.

2: Safety and compliance

Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.

Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all personnel are using the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Educate workers on safety practices and accident protocols.

Ensure compliance with building codes, company regulations, and other relevant laws.

3: Project monitoring and reporting

Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on schedule.

Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality and progress against plans and specifications.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to update schedules and address delays.

Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, progress photos, and timesheets.

Prepare and submit site reports to senior management.

4: Resource management

Manage and monitor the delivery and use of construction materials and equipment.

Ensure equipment is maintained and in proper working order.

Oversee the site’s resources, including managing the budget and controlling expenses.
