• Monitor entry and exit of clients and staff.

• Ensure overall security, safety, and order inside and outside the spa.

• Handle crowd management, guide clients, and maintain smooth flow.

• Respond to any suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies.

• Assist in maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere.

• Coordinate with management regarding any security concerns.

• Follow spa rules, client privacy protocols, and safety procedures.
