About the Role

Bahrain Wholesale is expanding its digital printing capability and is seeking an experienced Digital Print Technician & Operator to join our production team. This role is essential to our paper bag printing department, ensuring smooth machine operation, high-quality output, and proactive technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

– Perform cleaning, alignment, calibration, and replacement of digital print heads.

– Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

– Implement and track daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules.

– Manage inventory for inks, nozzles, print heads, and spare parts.

2. Printing & Production Operation

– Prepare the digital press, load kraft paper bag stock, and adjust settings.

– Operate digital presses to meet production targets.

– Monitor color calibration, ensure consistent print density, and conduct quality checks.

– Reduce material waste and maintain efficient print operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

– Minimum 3 years of experience operating industrial digital printing machines.

– Strong knowledge of print head maintenance and nozzle recovery.

– Ability to print on kraft paper bags and specialty substrates.

– Ability to diagnose and repair machine issues independently.

– Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to clean working standards.
