Digital Marketing Specialist – Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, content marketing, etc.).
Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
2. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
Track social media metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and follower growth.
Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages to maintain strong audience relationships.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
Monitor website performance and implement strategies to improve search rankings, user experience, and conversion rates.
4. Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, landing pages, and email marketing.
Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Maintain an organized content calendar for timely publishing.
5. Paid Advertising (PPC)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Analyze the performance of ad creatives, audiences, and keywords to maximize ROI.
Manage budgets and track ad spend efficiently.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems to track campaign performance.
Prepare monthly and weekly digital marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Email Marketing & Automation
Build and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and optimize email deliverability and engagement.
8. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals.
Support brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
9. Market & Competitor Research
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to refine strategies.
