Coating QC Inspector – Aramco Approved (Requirements)

Aramco Approval Requirements

Valid Aramco SAP Number

CBT Passed for Coating/Painting Inspection

Previous Aramco approval as QC Coating Inspector

Experience in Aramco onshore/offshore projects

Certifications

NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 (minimum requirement)

or SSPC PCI Level 2/3

or BGAS Grade 2 / Grade 1

Experience

Minimum 5–10 years in industrial coating inspection

Knowledge of Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC)

Experience in surface preparation, blasting, painting, coating application

Ability to identify coating defects & verify contractor compliance

Technical Skills

DFT/WFT reading

Holiday testing

Profile measurement

Mixing & application inspection

Prepare daily inspection reports & QC documentation

Good communication with client representatives
