تفاصيل الوظيفة
Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes such as grills, mezze, rice items, and hot/cold specialties.
Produce Arabic breads (Khubz, Tanoor bread, Samoon, Pita, Saj, etc.) using proper techniques.
Handle daily mise-en-place, marination, dough preparation, and baking operations.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of Arabic cuisine and breads.
Supervise Commis II & III in basic preparation tasks.
Maintain quality standards and follow authentic Arabic recipes.
Check ingredient freshness, storage, and follow FIFO procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, tandoor/oven area, and equipment.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
Coordinate with the DCDP/CDP for smooth kitchen operations and timely food service.
